Hello!

"pbc join" is not yet included in any of the VMD distributions, but only
in the development version. I will send you the current version of the
pbctools plugin in a separate mailing.

Are you sure, that you actually need the "pbc join" function? If in the
first frame of your trajectory there are no broken bonds, then the
function "pbc wrap" should be sufficient to avoid wrapped bonds in all
subsequent frames.
