Hi guys,

This is more a technical question related to the preparation of a
solvent/cosolvent/protein system. I'd like to know if there is a way
to (easily) calculate the number of water and urea molecules needed to
reach an approximate concentration of 1.5M urea in a
protein/solvent/cosolvent system. Although I'm a chemist I've been
having some problems with it (shame on me, I know! :))
