Hi,

I am a new VMD user. I've downloaded from the web the
IRIX6 OpenGL (SGI IRIX 6.5 using hardware OpenGL + CAVE)
from Version 1.8b2 (18-Nov-2002).

I used the following options in the configuration file
IRIX6 OPENGL CAVE FREEVR ACTC FLTK TK IMD SPACEBALL VRPN TCL PYTHON
PTHREADS SILENT LP64

I want to use the AtomSel command that is under the python interface so
I type gopython at the prompter. However I get the following error message

vmd > gopython
Info) Starting Python...
'import site' failed; use -v for traceback
Info) Text interpreter now Python
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 1, in ?
ImportError: No module named Tkinter

Could anyone give me a hint how to solve this problem?
