Hi,
  The labels format string replaces the following specifiers
with their matching data:
  %R resname
  %r resname in camel case
  %d resid
  %a atom name string
  %i atom index
  %q charge

We don't (yet) have a format specifier for chain, but this could
be easily added if people would find it useful. Suggestions are welcome.
