please explain _how_ it is not running. there should be a
catdcd.exe binary in the corresponding subdirectory. if not,
you can download the latest binaries from:
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Development/MDTools/catdcd/license.cgi?files/catdcd-4.0a.tar.gz
