I'm using both the OSX native VMD1.8 bundle and VMD1.7.1 under Xdarwin
and I'm trying to solvate a protein to use in namd. I figured out how to
get solvate1.1.1 to run, but the package can't find psfgen, no matter
where I move it around to. Where does psfgen need to be for it to be
found by either 1.7.1 or 1.8, or do I need to modify a configuration
file somewhere. I'm working with the binary version of psfgen. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
