Dear VMD users,
Has anybody tried and succeeded in plotting the data file created by one
of the VMD analysis scripts listed in the following link?
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/script_library/scripts/difference_matrix/
I have tried "xmgr" and "microsoft Excel", but neither works.
This should be a kind of 3D or matrix plotting because there are two
indices for each entry in the data file.
Your help will be much appreciated!
