Transportation

UCSF runs a number of shuttles to connect its campuses; see timetables here.
Note that if a UCSF shuttle driver asks you for ID upon boarding, just let them know that you are a formal guest attending this workshop.

If you find accommodation near the Parnassus campus, use the Grey shuttle to get to and from Mission Bay.
This will drop you off on 4th St, right across from the workshop venue.

The Mission Bay campus is also served by a free shuttle that connects to downtown San Francisco (at the Powell BART station) and the Caltrain rail station.
More information regarding the shuttle can be found here. Their West service drops off at the Rutter Center on Owens St, a short walk from the workshop venue.

UCSF also runs a Red shuttle between Mission Bay and the 16th St/Mission BART station.

The campus is further served by public transportation via the 55 bus (on 16th St) and the T light rail (on 3rd St) and is right off the I-280 freeway (Mariposa exit).

Parking

UCSF is unable to provide campus parking vouchers for workshop participants.
There are all day street parking options about a quarter mile away from campus, and 2 hour public parking is available around Mission bay campus.
Information regarding public parking options can be found here.
