At the end of each day of the workshop, participants completed a questionnaire, evaluating the lectures and tutorials presented.  The questionnaires were designed and analyzed by David Brandon, Klaus Schulten, and Molly Punke, TCB group, UIUC.  Summary comments from the report can be found here.
