Hi,
This is subrhmanyam,IIT khargapur. While creating the rmsd plot I uploaded
dcd file in vmd. When I tried to run rmsd.tcl script the vmd window is
automatically closed and geeting the message in the terminal as

dcdplugin) detected standard 32-bit DCD file of native endianness
dcdplugin) CHARMM format DCD file (also NAMD 2.1 and later)
Info) Using plugin dcd for coordinates
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Can anybody please suggest me
