Hello,

I'm having issues running the simulation step 1.4.2 I made sure to copy all the necessary files to the common folder, but when I type namd2 ubq wb eq.conf > ubq wb eq.log into the command prompt I get an error about the config files not being accessable. Also, I tried to set the path on Windows 7 so the namd2 command in the command prompt will run in any directory but this doesn't work either.

Anyone have any insight?
