Hi,

While doing the Shape based coarse-graining tutorial at http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Tutorials/science/coarse-graining/sbcg-tutorial-html/node4.html

When I select the learning parameters and click on Build Coarse-grain model - after learning step 3840 - I get this error

floating-point value too small to represent

Can anyone please let me know how to change the floating point dimensions?? or a possible solution..

Thanks in advance.
