Hi Jake,
NAMD does not provide hybrid QM/MM capabilities. I am not aware of
any future plans to develop such capabilities.

Hi all,

Does NAMD provide hybrid QM/MM modeling capabilities? If so, is there a
tutorial on working with such systems? I know GROMACS has this
capability,
but prefer not to have to suffer the GROMACS learning curve.
