rmsd-fullthrottle is there - that's where I got it - but the script residue_rmsd.tcl, without which it will not run, isn't. That's what I'm missing. Sorry I wasn't clear about it. [Or maybe that's not what I'm missing. The point is, if I try to run rmsd-fullthrottle.tcl from a Tk console in VMD, it crashes. I looked in the archive & what worked for others was getting residue_rmsd.tcl, but I didn't find where to get it].
