Hello,

I added a fragment to a pdb file. I am now trying to get a bond to
display just between the fragment and the residue it is attached to.
When I view the protein as a whole the bond is there. When I try to
just display the fragment and the residue it is attached to the bond
disappears. Any help is appreciated.
