hi, I tried to generate an active site figure with substrate using Licorice
and protein part using surface. Everrthing is Ok on screeen. However, after
I render it using POV and processed with powerray, there is no ligand in the
figure and it looks like quite different to displayed. Any suggestion will
be appreciated.
