The pbctools are a plugin that has been included into VMD only a few
weeks ago. Before, the functions were available in VMD scripts in the
VMD script library.

A link to this page is found in the "On-line Help Sources"-Table (Table
8.2, page 121). I must admit that I also think that a link to the
plugins could be a bit more prominent in the manual. Or better, one
could even include short descriptions of the plugins in the manual.
