I recently installed Mandriva 2007.0 on my laptop (Pentium M, Gateway,
etc), and then
installed the openGL version of VMD 1.8.6. It seems to work fine.
However, when
I exit the program from VMD Main...it asks "Really Quit" I enter yes,
and the screen
goes blank, and I'm logged out of my current session. When I type
"exit" at the
tcl/tk console, the program exits normally, without logging me out. Any
help
greatly appreciated!
