Hi all,
When I write out a shorter part of a long .dcd trajectory (say from frame 20
to frame 900 of a 2000 frame trajectory), I use the following command:
animate write dcd shortfile.dcd beg 20 end 900 waitfor all sel $sel
(where, $sel is the selection of entire system).
Now, I want to be able to do this by skipping frames (say, write dcd from 0
to 2000, skipping every 100 frames).
Can somebody tell me how to modify the command line argument for this?
Thanks!
