You didn't change anything in the script? You have to manually edit the
script to load the correct files. Do they load correctly when you type
"load"?

 

I've used it before myself and I don't think I had to update anything other
than the file names it calls.

Thank JC and Axel very much for the kind help. It makes perfect sense
that there may be already revisions. I tried "puts $hinge_ref_id" and I got
the same "no such variable" error message.

The version I used is file "hingefind.tcl" at
http://biomachina.org/disseminate/hingefind/. Could you make the new
updated version available to me?

should set that variable to -1. If this is the case, please include the
