If you mean that you want to create a box that shows the size of the
unticell, you can use the script pbcbox.tcl from the VMD script library.
To use it, you will also need the pbctools.tcl script.

Please note that we are currently working on these scripts and will
create a plugin. We hope that the plugin will be included in the next
