  Hi,

  My name is Robert and I have problem with Multiseq extension it doesn't work like it should.
   
  My problem is that when I try to blast my sequence like in the tutorial, which I have downloaded from:http://www.scs.uiuc.edu/~schulten/multiseq/manual/index.html (3.3 Sequences and BLAST searching), no window appears. The blast results are situated in file multiseq-0935889198881.output but I can't connect them with the program so that they appear in BLAST search result window.
   
  Please help, I find this program very useful for my research and I wouldn't like to change it
