Dear Javier,
how much ram do you have? Chances are you're running the machine out of
memory (and iirc, 32 bit windows doesn't leave more than 2 GB accessible
to any single process in any case). You'll probably have to take frames
less regularly (perhaps using catdcd), use bigdcd (if you are doing
analysis rather than visualization), or use a 64 bit machine with
sufficient memory.
