I'm trying to make movies on a PPC Mac running os x 10.4.7 and VMD 1.8.4

I used darwin ports to download and install netpbm. According to darwin
ports netpbm installed fine.

When I use the extension it appears to make the individual images but
the resulting mpg is empty.

Has anyone got any idea what I'm doing wrong.
