Hi John,
I just noticed that the win alpha version vmd supports msms calculations.
Thanks for including this much wanted feature into winvmd. Could you let us
know were to place the binary

Osmany,
  "convert" will just as easily accept .tga files as .rgb files, so
the simplest method is to change your command to use target files like this:
  convert -delay 10 -loop 4 snap.*.tga movie.gif
