Hi all,
I am having a problem rendering my protein using new ribbons or ribbons for all the protein except helices and using cartoon for helices. The edges of the coils do not meet completely with the helix cylinders so there are gaps in my structure. I saw where this might be a problem in the manual but I was wondering if anyone could help me get around this problem.
