Hi,
I have 2 double strands of DNA which are crossing each other. I want to put
them in such a position that the angle between them is 60 degree. How do i
calculate the angle between them?

Now I want to move one od the DNA such that they become parraell to each
other and the angle becomes zero. How I can moveby angle?

How do I make a movie of this sytem showing angle from 60 degree to 0
degree?

Any kind of help or sugesstion will be appreciated.
