I am still fairly new to the program. I have done a few basic run
throughs but would like to check the results under different environments.
 How would i go about altering the standard TIP3 water sphere to something
like F3C or different TIP model?

Also, how can I change the standard charmm22 parameters to a different
charmm parameter.

Any advice would be gladly appreciated.
