Oliver,
  I had a couple things left to do on the build that got delayed during
a period when we didn't have access to the remote machine I'm doing the
Itanium builds on, but it's back up now so I should be able to get the
Itanium version built later today. I'm doing this build on a Teragrid
Itanium machine, not an Altix, so it will remain to be seen if anyone
will be able to run this binary on an Altix or not. I'll post as soon
as the complete binary is constructed with the last few pieces I hadn't
finished in the last run.
