Hi,
  These look like low-level MPICH communication errors in whatever
parallel program you are running. This mailing list is really just
for discussion of VMD, perhaps you meant to send this to the NAMD
Charmm or Amber mailing lists? Since your email doesn't state
what program you're running, there's little chance anyone
can help you effectively.
