Hi. Thanks for responding.

Unix/IRIX: (32-bit version)
When I use the command

membrane -l POPE -x 100 -y 100 -o file

it works fine (well, it just did in my test anyway). However, when trying

membrane -l POPE -x 1000 -y 1000 -o test

it got to segment W100 and then I got:

duplicate segment key W100
ERROR: failed on segment
MOLECULE DESTROYED BY FATAL ERROR! Use resetpsf to start over.

Linux/SuSE 9.1
Same results. With grid 100 x 100 I get a file, but with grid 1000 x 1000 I
get that same error.

Is there a problem making larger bilayers?
