Hi,
When I opened the same pdb file with VMD 1.8.2 and VMD 1.8.3 (linux openGL),
residue glycine is considered as a polor residue (showed in green) in
VMD 1.8.3 version while considered as a nonpolor (shown as white). Is
this a intended change?
