Hi NAMD users,
I am sure many of you are submitting jobs using PBS script for Linux
cluster. Can somebody help me in how to submit jobs using PBS script on a
linux cluster. Give me some explanation about script as what are the things
required. It will be good if someone can send me an example script.It will
be a great help for me.
