Herbert,
  Do each of the structures contain the same number of atoms?
If so, then you can load the XYZ file as a trajectory in VMD,
and see all of the frames simultaneously by using the
Draw Multiple Frames feature in the Trajectory tab.
Let us know if you need help with this.
