Dear VMD users,
apologies for posting a yet another stupid question. I've modified the
alanin example from the NAMD distribution, and suceeded in generating a
0.1 ns trajectory in dcd format (roughly 0.8 MByte). However, I have so
far been unable to animate it with VMD (yes, I loaded both the alanin.pdb
and alanin.dcd files).
Have I overlooked something obvious?
Thanks a lot,
Eugene Leitl
