Hi all,

I am using VMD-1.8.2. and I tried to add ions to my
protein by using autoionize plug in. but when applying
it using the instructions explained in its web site,
the vmd tkcon window and VMD were closed immediately.
What could be the problem? Do you have any suggestion?
