Hi,

In the tutorial for network analysis the *psf and *dcd files seem to be
essential. I wonder if there is a way to work with a *pdb trajectory file
or maybe with *gro and
*xtc files as in my case I have a gromacs trajectory. Do you have any
recommendations for gromacs trajectories? Thanks.
