Hi,

If you are working with the Windows 64-bit version of VMD 1.9.4, we are aware of the issue and are working to produce a new binary.
In the meantime, you could work with VMD in other platforms (Linux, MacOS) for this and other similar tasks.

If you are not working in Windows, please let us know which platform and operating system you have.
