Hi,
I have a question regarding molecular surface. If I want to compare the surface area and charge distribution of several molecules, I wonder if VMD could give the QUANTITATIVE VALUE for the molecule, or if there is any other way that is good for such comparision.
Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.
