greetings
I am trying to prove importance of a pore lining residue. i carried out
simulation of 200 ns in 20ns loop. Now i am interested in proving
importance of a residue in pore lining.
I have to prove that the residue is present in pore lining. but durins
simulation when i am trying to extract pore lining residues. In some frames
i am getting it lined with pore but absent in some. I extracted average
protein structure using g_rmsf but results are still varying.
 Can someone suggest a way to analyse the results?
