My apologies to who received my earlier message. I believe I previously sent the below question to the incorrect address of vmd...

I am using VMD version 1.9.2 on Ubuntu 16.04. When I make a movie from my trajectories (from NAMD dcd files) showing the whole protein in the VMD screen, for some reason the mpg movie file only contains only a piece of the protein and not the whole structure. I must be missing some setting. Could someone pleases make a suggestion?
