Thank you so much everyone for your help.
I managed to find it and it was so silly of me not to have seen it before. But once I uploaded my trajectory and asked it to calculate g(r), I got the error message: ERROR) measure gofr: only orthorhombic cells are supported (for now).
Could anyone tell me what is wrong now? I did search about this error but did not understand why it happens.
Thanks so much again,
Melika

I want to calculate RDF in VMD and as I realized I must
first get the g(r) GUI plugin

this is nonsense. you don't need the GUI
plugin. the plugin is only a
 frontend for
the measure gofr / measure rdf (text mode) commands. it
says so in the first paragraph of its
 documentation:

 download or install it.

 it
is already bundled with VMD (and has been since its
 conception
 many, many years ago).
