Hello,
I have a quick question. Is there anyway I can copy parts of an atomselect selection? For example:
I do:
> set sel [atomselect top "resid P52 and name CB CG"]
Is there anyway to "extract" the second element from this? I think I found a hard way to do this: Figure out the index and do another atomselect with the right index values. However, that is looking like it could get ugly.
Thanks
Travis
