Dear all,
After loading several hundreds structures of pdb format into VMD, I wish to change all their reprenstations from "line" to "new cartoon". If doing this in the graphic representaion window in VMD, the change operations have to be done for alll these structures one by one, which is obviously too burden. Is there a earier way to do this ? Is there a command in tk console of VMD to change the representaion?
