Yes, it is possible to perform MDFF using Martini in NAMD. Take a look at
the Martini tutorial (
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Tutorials/martini/rbcg-tutorial.pdf) found
on the tutorials page (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Tutorials/) and also
the Martini in NAMD documentation here
