Hello !

On ububtu 14 I cannot remote display vmd 1.9.x i try if the X connection is wrong with xclock --> display is working correctly
the same i try on suse 11 --> working

when i do this on ubuntu the menu display is correct but the graphic display is whith lot of ascii signs and so on. On suse as i said everything ok.
I think there is something wrong in ubuntu ( maybe the driver) .
