I have a very simple question , indeed its a small confirmation regrading
membrane thickness module of a memb plugin tool. Kindly let me know that
thickness calculated from membplugin tool is denoted by DHH (head-head
separation) and it is the distance between the peaks in the electron
density profile, which corresponds to distance between lipid head groups
(phosphates)?
