Hello,

Is it possible to use the topotools plugin with no display. If I run
vmd, topotools works fine. If I run vmd with no display (vmd -dispdev
none) the topo commands are not recognised (invalid command name "topo").

Does topotools require the VMD display to work, or is it possible to
manually load the topotools plugin without the display?
I am looking to have scripts to set up a lot of systems using topotools
(for running in LAMMPS) but will not have the VMD display active. Is
this possible?
