Dear all,

I am modeling a lysine-aspartate electrostatic bridge in a decapeptide
model system, and the termini are disrupting the interaction. I would
therefore like to put an acetyl cap on the N terminus of the peptide and a
methyl group on the C terminus.

I would be grateful for any recommendation on how to implement this for use
with vmd/namd
