Hello:

I am trying to use Molspace, a VMD plugin for ligand binding pocket
volume calculation. However, the job always failed with messages:

list element in quotes followed by ":" instead of space
list element in quotes followed by ":" instead of space
     while executing

Does anybody have any idea?
